From our best Embryo Transfer combination, Waiheke Alejandro’s mix of elite genetics is highly sought after. Alejandro exhibits a highly advanced fleece with the attributes bred for premium fleece production. His 100% Comfort Factor and narrow Standard Deviation is indicative of his very low primary fibre diameter and minimal micron variation, consistent across the fleece into the extremities. His fleece has a silky handle with a sublime softness you have to feel to appreciate. Alejandro is an upstanding young male with strong conformation and a relaxed nature.
Alejandro’s sire, Benleigh Sancho ET, is consistently producing outstanding progeny as low as 14 micron with his trademark extreme density (himself testing at a phenomenal 70.2 follicles per sq mm). The proof is now in his progeny who are excelling and making a huge impact in the alpaca industry.
Alejandro’s dam, Silverstream Divinity, is a multiple champion in the show ring from junior through to senior years and was auctioned at the 2005 AANZ National Auction for a record price, surpassed only by Waiheke Snowshell at the 2009 National Auction.
